Are You Highly Sensitive?
In a few weeks, I’m launching my first-ever online program, The Highly Sensitive Business Owner™, a 12-week program for Highly Sensitive and/or neurodiverse service-based business owners who want to reimagine their relationship to their work—and maybe destigmatize some sh*t while they’re at it.
One thing that’s come up a lot in my research is that the term “Highly Sensitive” is not universally understood.
So. Here are some indicators that you might be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)—
——————
✅ Other people’s moods affect me.
✅ I am easily overwhelmed by things like bright lights, strong smells, coarse fabrics, or sirens close by.
✅ I have a rich, complex inner life.
✅ My nervous system sometimes feels so frazzled that I just have to go off by myself.
✅ I notice and enjoy delicate or fine scents, tastes, sounds, or works of art.
✅ I am bothered by intense stimuli, like loud noises or chaotic scenes.
✅ When I was a child, my parents or teachers seemed to see me as sensitive or shy.

Emails for cult thought leaders.
(Personality included.)
Want to learn how to craft emails that inspire action and engagement WITHOUT the “tried and true” (cough: patriarchal) norms we’ve all been taught?
I’m doing it, and I can show you how to do it, too.
(But sometimes, I also like to write about the books I’m reading, or the creative process, or the entrepreneurial experience, or why I hate Steve Jobs, or how I met my BFF. I’ll send you emails like that, too.)
*Just kidding. It’s only an email list.
Books. Cats. Rants. Drawrings.
(and every couple months or so, an unexplained absence 🤷🏻)
