Hello, I’m Sam

Hellooooooo. I’m Sam, an email copywriter working within a Feminist Framework. I write:

>> launch emails
>> nurture emails
>> welcome sequences (when someone joins your list for the 1st time)
>> onboarding sequences (when someone subscribes to your subscription service)
>> abandon cart sequences
>> email challenges
>> and more

And I do all of this without bombing people’s inboxes, lying, shaming, telling people they have a “mindset issue” if they don’t want to invest $10k in your program right now, or affecting that weird, swaggery, sarcastic tone I’m seeing in soooo many marketing emails lately.

And… I get results. My clients are averaging >30% open rates (iOS privacy settings are not affecting most of them so far) and >2% click through rates.

Here’s what I want you to know—

YOU DO *NOT* HAVE TO WRITE 8,000 LAUNCH EMAILS. Nor do you have to pressure people, or sell something in every email, or send an email every freaking day.

In fact, you get MUCH better results if you DON’T do these things, and instead focus on telling your readers interesting things. Helpful things. True things. Valuable things. REAL things.

And, giving. Instead of “What can we GET out of our email list?”

You should be asking—

“What can we GIVE our email list?”

And if your answer to that last question is, “I can give them the opportunity to purchase my product / service / course…” then you’ve misunderstood the assignment.
